ICEI facility management division
Facility management is the integrated management of all support services for a company's primary activities.
All the services provided are carried out in accordance with the levels set in the service level agreement according to the agreed objectives. Through a key performance indicator (KPI) model, the facility management company undertakes to guarantee the customer the achievement of the objectives on which it is measured and to ensure control of compliance with service levels, both by monitoring activities through the system IT management, both by carrying out random inspections on the interventions performed.
The advantages that derive from an integrated management of services can be traced back to:
- to the transfer of responsibilities to the partner with the maintenance of control of the activities
- obtaining services constantly in line with the company's needs and current regulations
- the optimization of costs, the transformation of these fixed costs (e.g. personnel) into variable costs (e.g. rent)
- to greater purchasing power by partners for products and services that are an integral part of their business
- the reduction of management costs due to the presence of a single interlocutor
- the possibility of varying the performance and related costs in a short time according to the needs of the company
