Facility management is the integrated management of all support services for a company's primary activities.
All the services provided are carried out in accordance with the levels set in the service level agreement according to the agreed objectives. Through a key performance indicator (KPI) model, the facility management company undertakes to guarantee the customer the achievement of the objectives on which it is measured and to ensure control of compliance with service levels, both by monitoring activities through the system IT management, both by carrying out random inspections on the interventions performed.

Facility management in the global service offer is divided into services for people, the building and space but with complete attention also to the specific needs of general trading for various needs.
The services dedicated to users of a building belong to the first category: from the call center to reception and security, from catering to the canteen and laundry; from the management of car fleets, to the post office and archives and to all environmental cleaning and hygiene services, from green maintenance to waste management. The building services, on the other hand, include the maintenance of the building and the technological systems. Finally, the design, internal logistics and furnishing systems are part of the space services.
